		<description>The conditions you listed may qualify as disabilities under the new definitions in the ADAAA.  It will depend if they substantially limit one or more major life functions.  You cannot rely on simply a diagnosis, but need to determine how each particular condition may affect that individual with respect to major life functions.</description>

		<description>How about stress related illnesses?  There are many physical conditions such as migraines, hypertension and Irritable Bowel Disease that have a direct correlation to life stress levels.  Do these chronic conditions become a disability under the new law?  Will I as an employer need to accomodate the employee to manage their stress levels?</description>
